Hi Lew, Thanks for your message. The journalist in charge of that Hublot test dives a lot. I guess this is why he put the unscrewed crown in the "minus" points... Anyway, this point did not have any influence on the final rating - which is pretty good as Jerome noticed it ;-) Regards, Pierre

Dear Pierre, I am surprised that you would mark this watch DOWN and not UP for a non screw-down crown. As we all know, stripped crown threads are the most common service problem of any mechanical watch. Bravo to Hublot for figuring out how to get 100m water resistancy with a non-screw-down crown. In my book, that's a plus, not a minus. Best, Lew Block
